In solid and/or liquid raw material-based manufacturing, furnace/reactor control processes and CIP/SIP processes require the use of a control algorithm.

WinCC FDA Audit option is used for electronic signed recording of changes made in the process on a user basis in accordance with FDA (American Food and Drug Administration) specification 21 CFR Part 11.

• Simatic WinCC V6 Scada System offers retroactive alarm, automatic archiving of user archive and process archive data, access to archives with the reporting system connection package, and reporting in an optional format.
• The system can be monitored over the internet with Simatic Webnavigator.
